This is by far the best tasting with the smoothest consistency I have ever tried.. and I have tried nearly all of them.. it has all the flavor with the nutrition one could want.. even my husband likes it... he won't tell anyone though. This drink mixes very well with water and tastes great. It is great to have on the road when cycling as well as in the gym for between strength and cardio work outs.
Recommended Use: Just place the contents of one packet of Lean Body for Her into 12 ounces of ice water and mix in a shaker or blender for one minute to make a cold, creamy, delicious shake. Use 2-4 servings daily.
