Don't let the brand name put you off at all, this stuff really works. I've felt a noticeable increase in focus and attention when I've taken it. It's also been helpful when I've been stressed or very tired and still need to work and concentrate. It's more of a 'cognitive nutrition' thing, not a workout supplement -though you could probably use it before training for mental concentration. It makes you feel more alert, positive, and energized, but without the jitters and panicky feeling of stimulant products. Unlike those, the effect from this stuff feels very natural. Many of the major 'cognitive nutrition' ingredients are in Psychotropin. These ingredients are legit -you can look them up on the net to find more about it. I really recommend this product for increased focus, a sense of calm, and inner energy.
